Who processes the data

What data and why

• First and last name of both guests: room reservation and hotel accommodation.
• Phone and e-mail: reservation confirmation, payment and practical information about the event.
• The chosen room and group (a couple, or one man and two women).

A reservation for an event of this kind may reveal details of your private life. We therefore treat it as a special category of personal data and process it only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You give consent by ticking the box in the form, which also confirms that the other person agrees to their data being provided.

For how long

We delete reservation data within 30 days after the event ends. Unconfirmed reservations are deleted within 48 hours. Only accounting records of payments are kept longer, for the period required by law.

Who has access

• The event organisers.
• The hotel, only to the extent needed for accommodation.
• Technical processors: website hosting (Vercel) and e-mail delivery (Resend), with data in the EU.

We do not use form data for analytics or advertising and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing or calling us. We will then delete the data, but we cannot hold the reservation without it. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
